Cancelation & Refund Policies for Workshops

Withdrawal

In case of cancellation, we refund the entire workshop fee minus a processing fee of 10€ up until 10 days before the workshop begins. Until 3 days before the workshop begins, we refund 50% of the workshop fee minus a processing fee of 10€. Afterwards, we don’t refund any fees.
To cancel please send an email to martina@thecenter-berlin.de. (canceling sessions online will NOT result in a refund!)

Missed Classes

We do not offer credits or offer discounts if you can not attend certain days of the workshop. To cancel please send an email to martina@thecenter-berlin.de.

Workshop Canceled by Studio

Workshops and Camps are held with a minimum of participants. If we don’t reach the minimum number 24 hours before the workshop begins or we have to cancel for other unforeseeable reasons, the workshop will be canceled. You will receive an email notification. In this case, you can choose to keep the workshop credited in your bSport account or have the full fee refunded to your bank account.
