Your Bsport Account
Bsport is our booking tool for all class sign-ups, including trial sessions. Sign-ups cannot be made by phone or email.
Class tickets can be purchased in Bsport via credit card or Sofort (direct online banking). If you have a contract, payments are managed automatically, and your classes will be pre-booked.
Class cancellations must be made in your Bsport account at least 12 hours in advance.
Note: Contract and subscription cancellations must be requested via email at martina@thecenter-berlin.de.

Create a new account with us through Bsport to register for classes by clicking the button below: “Bsport Login Page.”

To cancel your class, click the button below: “Bsport Login Page.”
Log in to your Bsport account using your email address. Then, click the circular member icon in the top-right corner and select “My Bookings.”
Note: If you're accessing your account on a mobile device and don't see the round icon, try zooming out or adjusting the page view to reveal it.Please note: Canceling a class will refund your class ticket, allowing you to use it later. We do not issue monetary refunds.

Please log in to your bsport account with your email address. If you have never been to your bsport account or don't remember the password, simply click on "Forgot your password?" and create a new one.
If your email isn't found you can contact us.

If you are booking for a spouse or two children, we will need to connect your accounts. Please follow these steps:
Create your account.
Send us an email with the second person’s name and ask us to connect the account to yours.
Once the accounts are connected, you can access the second account by clicking the circular member icon in the top-right corner after logging in.

To set up monthly payments for your children’s classes, you must save a payment method directly in each child’s account. Download the step-by-step instructions.

Log in to Your bsport Account
Use your email address to log in by clicking the button below.
If you’ve never accessed your account or forgot your password, click "Forgot your password?" and follow the steps to reset it.
Access Your Invoices
After logging in, click the round icon in the top right corner.
From the dropdown menu, select "My invoices."
Mobile Users:
If you don’t see the round icon, zoom out or adjust the page view on your device.Pay Your Invoice
Scroll down to the section labeled Unpaid Invoice.
Click PAY NOW to complete the payment.

Rebook Your Class!
We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your child’s regular weekly class. Whether you’re out of town or your child has a special event, you don’t have to miss out! We offer the flexibility to rebook.
Here’s how it works:
Cancel the class through your Bsport account at least 12 hours before it starts.
Rebook the class right away in Bsport.
Important to note:
If you have a contract, the make-up class must be scheduled within the same week as the canceled class. For make-up classes in a different week, please email us.
Single or trial class tickets are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.

Click on the circular icon in the top right corner and then on MY BOOKINGS!

To rebook click on the 3 lines in the top left corner and then on CALENDAR
Choose a new class and click BOOK.
